If you receive an item that is different from your order, we sincerely apologize. Please contact our store to make arrangements with our staff to make the necessary order corrections. If pricing adjustments are necessary, our staff will discuss payment or credit options prior to making such adjustments.
In the rare occasion that you do not receive an item(s) that is on your invoice, we will make it up to you. Please contact our store as soon as you notice a problem with your order.
We take great care and pride in having our customers happy with our food and service. If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know. Refunds and/or replacement of products are available upon request for orders that contain the wrong items, items omitted or other situations. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a customer simply does not like.
Revising or Cancelling Order
Changes to your order may be possible by contacting our store as soon as you receive your order acknowledgement. We will be happy to assist you with making any revisions to your order.
